Members are placed on teams based on age as of May 1, 2011

T-Ball Ages 5-7

Machine Pitch Ages 8-9

Player Pitch Ages 10 -16

Girls Softball Ages 9-16

$90.00 Registration Fee

$25.00 Fundraiser Fee

$65.00 Uniform Deposit Check

Registration Locations 6:30-8:00 PM:

(If schools are closed due to weather there will be no registration held that night)

Mondays: North Forestville Elementary School

Tuesdays: Andrew Jackson Academy

Wednesdays: Berkshire Elementary School
