FORESTVILLE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB

REGISTRATION

A parent and or legal guardian must complete and submit a registration form to the Forestville Boys & Girls Club (FBGC).  No one under the age of 19 is allowed to register a player.  By submitting this registration form the parent or legal guardian understand that FBGC is run exclusively by volunteers.  They also understand that they will be asked to volunteer as well.

Registration discounts may be available for households registering three or more members in the same household.  Please see a member of registration for more information.  A copy of your child's birth certificate and a small picture is required for all new members.

New members must complete the FBGC Membership Application, print a copy and bring to registration.

  1. Click the Paypal link for the sport you are registering for.
  2. You will be redirected to the Paypal site to pay your registration fees.
Please print your receipt and bring it with you to the registration desk to pick up team equipment and uniforms.

 2008-09 Basketball fee is
$90.00 (County)
$75.00 (Intramural) 

2008 Cheerleading Fee $120.00 for 1st child; $110 for 2nd child;  $110.00 for coach's child

2008 Wrestling Fee $100.00 for 1st child; $90 for 2nd child
